These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Edit. | Curated Fragrances website and store (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Store information

Edit. | Curated Fragrances (“EDIT.,” “we,” “us”) provides fragrance products for purchase through Shopify. Certain features and payment processing are provided by Shopify and its partners.

2. Eligibility

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Orders, pricing, and payment

  • Order acceptance: We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our discretion (including for suspected fraud or pricing errors).
  • Pricing: Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site and may change at any time without notice.
  • Payment: By placing an order, you authorize us (through Shopify/payment providers) to charge your payment method for the total amount, including shipping and taxes where applicable.

4. Shipping and delivery

5. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it before making a purchase.

6. Product use and safety

Our products are for external use only unless otherwise stated. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep products away from children and pets. Do not apply to broken skin. Avoid contact with eyes.

If you have sensitivities or allergies, review ingredient information when available and patch test before regular use.

7. Accuracy of information

We strive to display product information accurately, but we do not guarantee that all descriptions, images, colors, pricing, or other content are error-free. We may correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice.

8. Intellectual property
