Processing time: Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). During launches or restocks, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Tracking: When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

Delivery time: Carrier delivery estimates vary by location and are not guaranteed. Once a package is in the carrier’s hands, delays can happen due to weather, carrier volume, or other issues outside our control.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs may apply.

Lost or damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us at Hello@editfragrances.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). Please include your order number and photos (for damage) so we can help quickly.
