We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition that you received it
  • unused and unopened
  • in its original packaging
  • with proof of purchase

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrance products are not eligible for return.

How to start a return

Email us at Hello@editfragrances.com within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • The reason for the return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped) or an item arrives damaged/defective.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include photos and your order number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used fragrance products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (if marked as final sale)
